At Lawrence Companies, we believe in values-based leadership. Our senior leadership team follows this model, which is led by the InnerWill Leadership Institute. This approach provides resources and benchmarks for the next generation of leaders to learn effective leadership skills. It also emphasizes the importance of embracing and consistently demonstrating our leadership tenets in order to advance within the organization.

In 2023, we completed the first phase of training for 30 of our Next Generation of leaders and hosted the first Women's Leadership Conference. We are committed to investing in our future leaders and providing opportunities for growth and development. Through the InnerWill Leadership Institute, we are able to provide the tools and resources necessary for our leaders to succeed.
